पंचायती राज गांव , ब्लॉक और जिला होतें है।
ग्रामीण लोगो के सर्व सहमति से चुनी हुई खास कार्य , व्यवश्था , कानून और व्यक्ति , सब पंचायत पूर्ण होती है।
पंचायती राज भारत में पंचायती राज काफी प्राचीन है। यह हमारे कई पूर्वजो से चली आ रही है। इसमें ग्राम , ब्लॉक और जिला सब सम्मिलित होते है। ये लोगो के हित एवं सुविधा के अनुरूप कार्य करती है तथा नयी कानून व्यवस्था पर विचार होती है।
आजादी के बाद पंचायती राज –
आजाद भारत में हमारे प्रथम प्रधान मंत्री पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू के द्वारा पहली बार राजस्थान के नागौर जिला के बदरी गांव में 2 अक्टूबर 1959 को पंचायती राज व्यवस्था लागु की गयी हे।
संविधान में –
1. संविधान के अनुछेद 40 में राज्यों को पंचायत के गठन का निर्देश गया है।
2. यह एक त्रिस्तरीय ढांचे की व्यवस्था हे।
3. हर पांच सालो में पंचायतो में चुनाव।
4. ग्राम सभा की स्थापना।
5. महिलाओ के लिए एक तिहाई सीट का आरक्षण ।
6. अनुसूचित जाती / जनजातियों के लिए उनकी जनसँख्या के अनुसार आरक्षण।
ग्राम सभा –
गांव में एक सभा या बैठक की जाती है , जिसमे गांव के सभी महिला / पुरुष भाग लेते है। यंहा वे सब मिल कर एक निर्णय लेते है। यंहा वे सब मिल कर एक निर्णय लेते है। जो गांवो के हित के लिए होती है।
गांवो में दी जाने वाली योजनाओ का कार्यभार भी ग्राम सभा के निर्णय पर ही होती है।
पंचायत –
गांवो में छोटे – छोटे बिवादो का निपटारा गांव में हि पंचायत के माध्यम से की जाती है
इस प्रकार ग्राम पंचायत को ग्राम स्तर पर काफी जिम्मेदारी एवं कार्य होती है।
ग्राम पंचायत के पद –
मुखिया –कई गांवो को मिला कर एक पंचायत का निर्माण की जाती है। जिनके मुख्य को मुखिया के नाम से जाना जाता है।
पंचायत-समिति या सरपंच -पंचायत में एक सरपंच होता है , जो गांवो के कार्य एवं योजना एवं बैठक इत्यादि पर सक्रिय होती है।
वार्ड सदस्य – पंचायत के गाँवो को अलग – अलग भागो में विभाजित की जाती है , जो वार्ड के नाम से जाना जाता है। और प्रत्येक वार्ड के लिए एक मुखिया होतें हैं , जिन्हे उस वार्ड की पूरी जिम्मेदारी एवं कार्यों को दी जाती है , जो वार्ड सदस्य कहलाता है। PancIndiahayati raj in India
पंचायती राज से लोगो की समस्या का हल आसान हुवा क्या ?
हाँ बिलकुल , अगर पंचायती राज और इसके बिना की तुलना देखेंगे तो , दोनों में काफी फर्क हो जाती है। खासकर गांवों के आम लोगो के लिए।
कुछ लाभ जो पंचायती राज के बाद ही संभव हो पाया –
- सभी सरकारी योजनाओ का गांवो के लोगो तक पहुंचना।
- गरीब लोग जो आधुनिक सुबिधाओ से अनभिज्ञ थे , वो जागरूक हो पते हैं।
- छोटे – मोटे झगड़ो का निपटारा हो जाने से कोर्ट -कचहरी के चक्कर से छुटकारा।
- शोषित और वर्चस्व जैसी घंटनाओ का प्रभाव काम होना।

देश के लगभग 70% लोग गांव में ही रहती है , और पुरे देश में लगभग दो लाख चालिश हजार ग्राम पंचायत है।
ग्राम पंचायत के कार्य क्या हैं ?
मनोरंजन के कार्यकर्म , सोसल स्किम , बचत करने की भावन , बिमा ,स्वछता अभियान, कन्या बीमा योजना, कृषि ऋण और कृषि सम्बंधित कार्य , मुवाजा , राशन कार्ड , भोटर कार्ड , पब्लिक / गवर्नमेंट स्किम , आदि के बारे में जानकारी रखना, उनके जरुरी फॉर्म रखना व इन सभी कार्यों के लिए जितना जरुरी हो मदद करना। यह उद्देश्य से कार्य करना की गांवो के व्यक्ति लाभान्वित हो पाए तथा अपनी विकाश और रोजगार सुनिश्चित कर सकें।
ग्राम पंचायत के प्रधान कौन होता है ?
हर ग्राम पंचायत का एक प्रधान होता जिनके देख – रेख हर सरकारी और गैर सरकारी योजना और समझौता को गांव पर बिस्तार किया जाता है।
ग्राम पचायत के मुख्य मुखिया या सरपंच होतें हैं।

Rekrutacja do Szkoły Doktorskiej rozpoczyna się od roku akademickiego 2019/2020.
Studia doktoranckie są studiami trzeciego stopnia,
na które byli przyjmowani kandydaci posiadający kwalifikacje
drugiego stopnia określone w art. 2 ust.1. pkt. 18g ustawy
Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym lub byli beneficjentami programu „Diamentowy Grant,
” o którym była mowa w art. 187a ust. 1.
Studia doktoranckie kończą się uzyskaniem kwalifikacji trzeciego stopnia określonych w art.
2 ust. 1. pkt. 18h ustawy Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym.
Studia doktoranckie prowadzone są jako studia stacjonarne i niestacjonarne.
Stacjonarne studia doktoranckie są bezpłatne. Niestacjonarne studia doktoranckie
były odpłatne. Studia doktoranckie trwają nie krócej niż 2 lata i nie dłużej niż 4 lata
i realizowane są w oparciu o zatwierdzone przez Rady Wydziałów plany i programy studiów.
